Immersion Prerequistes * 30 hours of Anusara Yoga * Includes yoga classes, workshops and retreats with a Certified or Inspired Anusara Yoga teacher or by recommendation from Sri Ekan. It is highly recommended that you take the Immersion in sequential order. If you are a current, regular, on-going Anusara Yoga student and have Sri Ekan’s permission you may attend individual weekends not necessarily in order. Sequential order IS required as a minimal prerequisite for the Anusara Teacher Training.
