Who is never absent and is full of peace

Where in our lives do we have the most peace and where in our lives does it seem to slip away?   In those situations what happens that takes us away from peace?

Nisprapancaya - formless, transcendence, beyond form, quality of air, ether and space. Repeat and feel formless in and around you.

Shantaya-  the embodiment of peace becoming that peace in all activities.  Shantih is not couch potato peace it is taking an active role in moving toward peace.   Shanti ("peace"). A desirable quality in yogins. Ultimate peace coincidences with Self-realization, or enlightenment (bodha)

What about the security or order that comes when we align ourselves with nature? : freedom from disquieting or oppressive thoughts or emotions

  • Calm:
    devoid of violence or force
    untroubled by conflict, agitation, or commotion : QUIET, TRANQUIL
    CALM, TRANQUIL, SERENE,  PEACEFUL .. quiet and free from disturbance. CALM often implies a contrast with a foregoing or nearby state of agitation or violence . TRANQUIL suggests a very deep quietude or composure . SERENE stresses an unclouded and lofty tranquillity . PLACID suggests an undisturbed appearance and often implies a degree of complacency .
