Paramahamsa Nithyananda, was born in South India and embarked upon his spiritual journey at a young age. Through intense meditation practices and indepth study of Yoga, Tantra, Vedanta, and Shaiva philosophies, He attained the ultimate state of consciousness, the State of Nithyananda (Eternal Bliss). Patanjali,, an Enlightened Yogi, is universally acknowledged as the Father of Yoga. He was an inner scientist, who created a technology to reproduce in others the inner space of enlightenment that he had experienced. With an enlightened insight into the core of human nature, and his own experience of the science of yoga, Nithyananda has brought to life the original essence and teachings of Patanjali through the system of Nithya Yoga.
