Lake Center Yoga offers Orlando’s only Anusara Yoga classes and has served central Florida since 1998. We offer 10 Anusara Yoga classes per week overlooking serene Lake Fairy in Longwood. These yoga classes not only make the body strong and supple, but also quiet the mind and nourish the spirit. We are located just 20 minutes from downtown Orlando and the University of Central Florida, and minutes from Longwood, Lake Mary, Sanford, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, Winter Springs and Casselberry.
