	Lake Center Yoga Orlando is Orlando’s only Yoga studio directed by a Certified Anusara Yoga instructor since 1998. We offer 12 Anusara Yoga classes per week overlooking serene Lake Fairy in Longwood. These yoga classes not only make the body strong and supple, but also quiet the mind and nourish the spirit. We are located just 20 minutes from downtown Orlando and the University of Central Florida, and minutes from Longwood, Lake Mary, Sanford, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, Winter Springs and Casselberry. We are celebrating Lake Center Yoga’s 12th year Anniversary! After having practiced Yoga for over half our lives we feel so happy and blessed to offer such a beautiful place as Lake Center Yoga to those seeking balance of body, mind and spirit. We are honored to share the incredible knowledge and experience of healing we have received and witnessed from yoga as students and teachers.
